Branding Packages
  • Starter Package (Logo + Business Card Design): $1,000

Custom Illustrations
  • Simple Illustration: $200 - $400

  • Standard Website (5-7 Pages): $3,000 - $5,000

  • Website Maintenance & Updates: $70 - $120/hr
Additional Services
  • Revisions Beyond Scope: $70/hr
  • Rush Fee (Projects under 48 hours): +25% to 50%

Referral Program
Refer a new client and receive a 10% discount on your next project. The referred client must mention your name during the initial consultation.

Retainer Packages
For clients requiring ongoing design support, I offer monthly retainer packages with priority service:
  • Basic Retainer: 10 hours/month - $600
  • Standard Retainer: 20 hours/month - $1,150
  • Premium Retainer: 30 hours/month - $1,700
Unused hours do not carry over to the next month. Custom retainers are available upon request.

FAQs
Q: How long does a typical project take? A: Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the project. A logo design typically takes 1-2 weeks, while branding packages may take 4-6 weeks.
Q: What if I need additional revisions? A: I provide a set number of revisions within each package. Additional revisions are available at a rate of $70/hr.
Q: Do you offer rush services? A: Yes! Rush services are available for an additional fee of 25-50% of the project total, depending on the timeline.
Q: How will I receive my final files? A: Final files will be delivered in commonly used print or web ready file formats such as JPG, PNG, and PDF. Additional formats are available upon request.


Terms and Conditions
  1. Payment Terms:
    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before project commencement.
    • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final files are delivered.
    • Payments can be made via e-transfer, certified cheque, or PayPal.
  2. Revisions and Changes:
    • Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $70.
    • Major design changes requested after the final approval may incur additional fees.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • If the client cancels the project after commencement, all completed work will be billed at the hourly rate, and the deposit is non-refundable.
  4. Ownership and Copyright:
    • Upon full payment, the client receives print ready file versions only of the final approved designs.
    • The designer retains the right to display completed work in their portfolio and promotional materials.
  5. Client Responsibilities:
    • Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and information required for the project.
    • Delays in client response may result in timeline adjustments.
  6. Project Timelines:
    • Timelines will be established at the project’s start. Rush fees may apply for expedited timelines.
  7. File Delivery:
    • Final files will be delivered in commonly used print ready file formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF). 
  8. Confidentiality:
    • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project details and proprietary information.
  9. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.

Photography Services Price List (CAD)


​Portrait / Lifestyle Sessions
  • $250 – $500 for 1-hour session
    Includes 15–30 edited images, online gallery.
Family Sessions
  • $300 – $600 for 1–1.5 hours
    More complex than individual portraits; more people = more post-work.
Branding / Headshots
  • $350 – $700
    Includes outfit changes, multiple looks, commercial-use rights.
Weddings
  • $1,800 – $3,500+
    Typically includes 6–10 hours, engagement session, and 300–600 edited images.
Product / Commercial Work
  • $500 – $1,500 half-day
  • $1,000 – $3,000 full-day
  • OR $25 – $150/image depending on complexity, usage rights, and volume
 Real Estate Photography
  • $200 – $500/property

  • Travel over 30km
  • Rush delivery
