Q: What if I need additional revisions? A: I provide a set number of revisions within each package. Additional revisions are available at a rate of $70/hr.
Q: Do you offer rush services? A: Yes! Rush services are available for an additional fee of 25-50% of the project total, depending on the timeline.
Q: How will I receive my final files? A: Final files will be delivered in commonly used print or web ready file formats such as JPG, PNG, and PDF. Additional formats are available upon request.
Terms and Conditions
- Payment Terms:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before project commencement.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final files are delivered.
- Payments can be made via e-transfer, certified cheque, or PayPal.
- Revisions and Changes:
- Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $70.
- Major design changes requested after the final approval may incur additional fees.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If the client cancels the project after commencement, all completed work will be billed at the hourly rate, and the deposit is non-refundable.
- Ownership and Copyright:
- Upon full payment, the client receives print ready file versions only of the final approved designs.
- The designer retains the right to display completed work in their portfolio and promotional materials.
- Client Responsibilities:
- Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and information required for the project.
- Delays in client response may result in timeline adjustments.
- Project Timelines:
- Timelines will be established at the project’s start. Rush fees may apply for expedited timelines.
- File Delivery:
- Final files will be delivered in commonly used print ready file formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF).
- Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project details and proprietary information.
- Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.

Portrait / Lifestyle Sessions
- $250 – $500 for 1-hour session
Includes 15–30 edited images, online gallery.
- $300 – $600 for 1–1.5 hours
More complex than individual portraits; more people = more post-work.
- $350 – $700
Includes outfit changes, multiple looks, commercial-use rights.
- $1,800 – $3,500+
Typically includes 6–10 hours, engagement session, and 300–600 edited images.
- $500 – $1,500 half-day
- $1,000 – $3,000 full-day
- OR $25 – $150/image depending on complexity, usage rights, and volume
