BuyWell APP Design
Case Study: NAKED TRUTH – Vegan Beauty & Hygiene Product BuyWell App
Challenge
The goal of this project was to design a BuyWell App from the ground up. This included:
I envisioned NAKED TRUTH, a BuyWell App focused on vegan beauty and hygiene products. The name reflects the app’s mission to reveal “the naked truth” about skincare—offering transparency, simplicity, and clean ingredients.
For the logo design, I used a modern sans-serif font for “NAKED” and paired it with a slightly modified version of the same font family for “TRUTH.”
To emphasize the user-centric aspect of the app, I widened the "U" in "TRUTH." An organic bean-shaped outline surrounds the logo, complemented by a minimalist leaf beside “NAKED” and above the "H" in “TRUTH.”
The colour scheme features a vibrant lime green, a deep green, and white as primary colours, accented by a subtle aqua shade for select text elements.
To reinforce the brand’s clean and natural aesthetic, I designed simple line illustrations for product imagery and created custom badges using Adobe Illustrator. The page headers feature an organic green wave design that creates a natural flow, harmonizing with the logo and standing out against the clean white background. This green colour accents is also in the footer for consistency.
Each design element—whether fonts, illustrations, or layout—was carefully crafted to create an approachable and trustworthy brand identity that embodies the transparency and simplicity of vegan beauty and hygiene products.

Peak Cafe - Web Design
Case Study: PEAK CAFE – Restaurant Branding Web Design
Challenge
The goal of this project was to design a website homepage mockup for a restaurant branding I designed for PEAK CAFE. This included:

For the logo design, I used a modern sans-serif font, emphasizing "PEAK" with a bold version of the font and a dark green and "CAFE" with a lighter version of the same font in a vibrant orange colour. I used a larger sans-serif 'P" in the vibrant orange for creativity, breaking it up into bold, illustrated icons that represent the geography of the cafe and celebrating the arts community, which the cafe represents. I used the wild rose-the flower of Alberta, two pine trees to indicate the beauty of the coniferous forests that surround the area, the 3 sisters mountains, the wavy lines for the river that runs through the area. and an artist palette and paint brush for the arts.
The colour scheme features a vibrant forest green, light green, vibrant orange, cream, and white as the primary colours for the branding.
