About Me

I was born and raised in the Ontario, Canada. I am married to my best friend and I am a mom to two teenagers, and a fur mom to 2 adorable cats. My experiences as a mom and wife have helped provide so much perspective in life and have helped shape who I am today. I love animals, camping, gardening, and all things creative.

My design journey began when I was little. I used to spend hours sketching landscapes, animals, and still life. I studied Creative Photography at Humber College in 1996-1997 and took graphic design courses at George Brown College in 1998-1999 while working as an Advertising Assistant in Toronto. Over the years,
I gained experience across advertising, marketing, photography, management, sales and customer service roles, eventually focusing my career more on graphic design.

The pandemic gave me the opportunity to pursue graphic design on a more serious level.
I completed the Advanced Graphic Design Diploma at Durham College in 2024, graduating with honours. I am well-versed in current design trends and tools and have been working as a freelance designer, bringing creativity and expertise to each project. I am also an artist, with a passion for painting in oils and acrylics when I have time. I love creating and trying new mediums to help me grow as a designer.
